Job summary

Michael Page Scotland is recruiting for an Electrical Supervisor to oversee the site's electrical maintenance and support the engineering team in an industrial manufacturing environment. The role focuses on safe, reliable operation of equipment and leading technicians and contractors.

You will drive maintenance planning, safety compliance and continuous improvement across operations, engineering and maintenance teams to deliver excellent performance and reliability.

Qualifications

• HNC/HND in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Time-served Electrical Apprentice or equivalent industrial experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the electrical maintenance team to ensure effective operations.
• Carry out and oversee preventive maintenance schedules for electrical systems and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards during all activities.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical faults promptly to minimise downtime.
• Work closely with other departments to support operational requirements.
• Monitor and manage stock levels of electrical components and tools.
• Assist with training and development of team members to enhance their skills.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and report to the management team.
