Job summary

ETS Consulting Ltd is supporting a plastic recycling processor near Leicester in their search for an Engineering Manager. The role is on-site in Leicester with a Monday-Friday days pattern, offering a salary between £60,000 and £65,000 plus pension and benefits.

You will lead a team of seven, oversee maintenance and repairs, manage budgets, and implement maintenance procedures while ensuring health and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum full apprenticeship in mechanical/electrical engineering.
• Experience as maintenance/engineering manager, preferably in plastics or heavy machinery environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining all machinery.
• Managing a team of 7.
• Planning & managing all repair & install activities.
• Supervising & leading all maintenance processes & operations.
• Creating & implementing maintenance procedures.
• Budget control.
• Ensure all PPMs are completed.
• Adhere to H&S.
• Recruit on staff.
