Job summary

Virani Food Products Limited in Wellingborough is looking for an Engineering Manager to set the site’s engineering strategy and lead maintenance activities. You will ensure efficient production through asset maintenance, compliance and implementation of new manufacturing methods and technologies.

You will manage plant and facilities maintenance, lead the Engineering team, and work with the Operations leadership team to drive continuous improvement and safe operations across both site

Responsibilities

• Plant & Machinery Maintenance: Maintain and improve asset maintenance processes and records.
• Lead the CMMS usage (MaintainX) for timely PPM schedules and follow-up actions; manage maintenance budgets.
