Job summary

Elite Dynamics is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the development across the Dynamics ecosystem and our non‑Dynamics platforms. You will build a high‑performing team, set technical direction and ensure secure, scalable customer‑facing products.

You’ll work with the Chief Architect & Product Managers to embed engineering practices and delivery processes, with success measured by delivery quality and platform resilience.

Qualifications

• Experience leading software engineering teams in a modern product organisation.
• Strong software architecture and system design experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of cloud-native application development.
• Experience with modern web and API-based platforms operating at scale.
• Understanding of security, performance, resilience and operational best practices.
• Strong coaching, mentoring and people leadership skills.
• Experience working closely with Product Managers and business stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics technologies and business applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor software engineers across the Dynamics and app product estate.
• Create a culture of quality, ownership, collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and career development of engineers.
• Foster engineering excellence through coaching, code reviews and technical leadership.
• Define and maintain the target architecture for My Elite and future platforms.
• Establish architectural principles, design standards and guardrails.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure and aligned with business objectives.
• Guide major technical decisions and architectural reviews.
• Translate roadmap priorities into deliverable outcomes with Product Management.
• Improve planning accuracy and release confidence; drive CI/CD improvements.
