Job summary

Skipton Building Society is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics Engineer to join the Customer Engagement Platform team at the Head Office in Skipton. You will lead end-to-end delivery of Dynamics solutions, align designs with security standards, and mentor engineers in a collaborative environment.

The role emphasises hybrid working and the opportunity to shape scalable digital solutions for members across the UK.

Qualifications

• Lead and own all stages of Dynamics delivery.
• Plan Dataverse solution construction with security in mind.
• Design server-side extensions and client-side behaviours.
• Define and execute robust integration patterns using Azure services.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical delivery of solutions for our Customer Engagement Platform built on Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Ensure solutions are designed and engineered to security standards and organisational guidelines.
• Drive adoption of best practices in solution architecture and ALM to deliver business value.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to engineers, fostering collaboration and high performance.
