Job summary

ABG - A B Graphic International Ltd, a global leader in label and packaging solutions, seeks an experienced Engineering Manager. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams across mechanical, electrical and software domains to deliver accurate product definitions, drawings, models and BOMs, ensuring on-time delivery and high quality.

This role partners with R&D, Manufacturing and Quality to drive continuous improvement and cost reductions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams (mechanical, electrical, software).
• Strong track record in product definition (drawings, models, BOMs) with emphasis on accuracy and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to deliver accurate, on-time product definitions and technical outputs meeting business and customer requirements.
• Manage WIS/job briefs, drawings, models and BOMs, coordinating cross-functional inputs for documentation accuracy on new orders.
• Drive continuous improvement, cost reduction through DFMA and engineering change, monitor KPIs across cost, quality and delivery.
