Job summary

Castle Employment Agency Ltd is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a multi-disciplinary team across mechanical, electrical and software engineering in East Yorkshire. You will drive performance, align design and manufacturing activities, and ensure on-time delivery of drawings, models and BOMs.

This role partners with R&D, manufacturing, quality, supply chain and sales to deliver innovative products while upholding CE marking and quality standards.

Engineering Manager An exciting opportunity for an experienced Engineering Manager to join a successful and innovative manufacturing business in East Yorkshire, leading a multi-disciplinary team across Mechanical, Electrical and Software Engineering.

The Role

• Lead, develop and drive performance across the Engineering team
