Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; equivalent experience considered.
5+ years in engineering roles; at least 2 years in supervisory capacity.
Proven track record delivering customer orders and projects on time and on budget.
Experience applying enterprise standards and cross-functional collaboration.
Proficient with engineering tools and project-tracking methods.

Responsibilities

Lead engineering execution to deliver orders and projects on time and on budget.
Allocate resources and balance priorities across projects.
Resolve technical and execution issues and ensure standards and compliance.
