Job summary

Castle Employment Agency Ltd in East Yorkshire seeks an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a multi-disciplinary team across mechanical, electrical and software engineering, and to drive high‑quality delivery.

You will optimise drawings, BOMs, processes and DFMA, collaborating with R&D, manufacturing, quality, supply chain and sales while targeting cost, quality and on‑time performance; CE marking compliance is part of the remit.

Qualifications

• Strong engineering background with relevant qualification
• Proven engineering management and people leadership experience
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams
• Knowledge of drawings, BOMs and product/manufacturing processes
• Commercially aware with strong problem-solving and strategic planning skills
• Collaborative, hands-on leader driving accountability and results
