Job summary

Relay Technologies is seeking an Engineering Manager in London to lead a growing team of engineers, coach tech leads, and drive delivery from idea to production. You will coach, review changes, and step in on high-impact work as needed while ensuring high-quality software and fast delivery.

You will work closely with Product, Design and Operations to make tradeoffs explicit, raise standards across velocity, observability, and product engagement, and grow the team through hiring and feedback.
