Job summary

Amadeus in London Heathrow is seeking an Assoc. Manager, Engineering to lead one CM Scrum team delivering high-quality Altéa CM evolutions for major airline customers.

You’ll foster a self‑organised, customer‑focused team and collaborate with airline competency centres. You'll drive technical excellence, manage performance, recruitment, and onboarding, while aligning with product owners and stakeholders to meet scope, budget and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (ideally SAFe).
• Previous management experience and customer-facing exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead one CM Scrum team of analysts, engineers and QA.
• Develop, test and deliver CM evolutions on time and budget.
• Ensure alignment with CM components and streams.
• Drive continuous improvement and technical debt reduction.
