Job summary

Amadeus seeks a Product Definition Analyst in London Heathrow to join the Channel Manager & Distribution team. You will support test campaigns, coordinate with R&D, certification and implementation teams, drive issue resolution, and contribute to product improvements in a cloud-native, scalable environment.

The role combines technical leadership with operational excellence, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement across a high-availability platform used by hotels and OTAs globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in Production Maintenance or Test Maintenance environments.
• Hospitality industry experience preferred.
• Knowledge of microservices, event-driven architectures, APIs, and REST services is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Test Maintenance and Operational Excellence: investigate issues, monitor test environments, and drive preventive actions.
• Delivery and Prioritization Management: arbitrate solutions based on priorities, timelines, and customer impact.
• Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: enable cross-functional coordination and communicate with technical and business teams.
• Technical and Functional Leadership: mentor engineers, promote best practices, and contribute to documentation.
• Continuous Improvement and Organizational Contribution: drive process improvements and knowledge sharing.
