easyJet is seeking a Fleet Engineer Team Leader for Airframe Systems in London. You will lead a small team of Fleet Engineers handling continued airworthiness, reliability and delivery, while balancing hands-on technical oversight with team leadership.

Role requires an Aircraft Engineering background or equivalent, knowledge of EASA/UK Part M, and experience with Airbus systems; AMOS or similar MRO systems is desirable. Benefits include bonus potential and staff travel.

Qualifications

• Degree in Aircraft Engineering or equivalent technical experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day team performance and workloads.
• Delegate work and manage leave/attendance.
• Provide technical support for AOG/OOS events.
