Amadeus UK in London is seeking an Assoc. Manager, Engineering to lead a Customer Management Scrum team of analysts, software engineers and QA. You will guide delivery, ensure value for airline customers and collaborate with cross‑functional CM streams.

The role requires deep software engineering experience, strong people leadership, and proficient stakeholder management in a SAFe/Agile environment. A travel IT background is a plus, with focus on reliability and business impact.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in software engineering and Agile methodologies (SAFe preferred).
• Previous management experience and customer-facing exposure are strong pluses; Travel IT knowledge is a plus.
• Understanding of large-scale, 24x7 systems and airline ecosystem.

Responsabilités

• Lead the CM Scrum team of analysts, software engineers and QA to deliver CM evolutions.
• Assess customer gaps and design solutions that bring immediate value to their business.
• Ensure functional and technical alignment with CM component teams and streams.
• Drive quality, security, performance, and automation; manage scope and costs.
• Represent the team in project and ART forums and collaborate with engineering leaders.
