Job summary

CoreWeave is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a team building and operating Kubernetes infrastructure on bare metal. You will guide engineers focused on reliability, scalability, and operational excellence of systems powering AI/ML workloads.

You will lead on cluster lifecycle, platform reliability, and infra automation, growing engineers, accelerating delivery, and partnering with platform, networking, compute, and product teams.

Qualifications

• Experience leading infrastructure or SRE teams.
• Deep Kubernetes and production infra expertise.
• Experience with bare-metal environments.
• Proven ability to improve reliability and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Kubernetes infrastructure team running on bare metal.
• Set priorities, plan, and track execution.
• Collaborate with platform, networking, compute, and product teams.
• Drive incident response and post-incident reviews.
• Mentor engineers and support hiring.
