ATA Recruitment are assisting a global automation and distribution client in Milton Keynes to recruit an Engineering Manager. The role focuses on leading a sizable engineering team on site, managing a multi-million pound budget, and driving site KPIs.

You will understand site processes, attend daily meetings, and develop team members to deliver high-performance results in a fast-paced environment.

Role: Engineering Manager

Location: Milton Keynes

Hours: Days Based – On site

The Company

ATA Recruitment are proud to be working with a global company within the world of Automated Distribution one of key clients with multiple sites across the UK. My client specialise in Automation and Distribution systems. With over 20 sites in the UK and multi-billion-pound turnover my client is growing and growing as the world goes more technical. Being a leader in their respective industry there will be opportunity to grow the site and grow on site specifically as well as chance to grow across the larger group.

They are looking for an Engineering Manager at this site to join the team and help advance things on site, understand the site and manage a large engineering team with various roles within the team. Maintain relationships, ensure the site is hitting it’s KPIs, minimising downtime. Being involved with the recruitment process on site, proposing new projects etc

The Role

As an Engineering Manager you will;

• Be attending daily meetings with the team
• Ensuring the engineering team performance is satisfactory for the site
• Managing a large engineering team
• Managing a multi-million pound engineering budget
• Understand the site and the processes in place
• Working closely with a team to develop members of the engineering team
