Job summary
Socium - Teams Done Differently is seeking an Engineering Manager in Leicester to lead a high-performing team and drive delivery excellence. - Strong coaching track record (one-to-ones and feedback).
- Deep experience with agile ceremonies and practices.
- Hands-on credibility with AWS and TypeScript.
