Job summary

Trust In SODA is seeking an Engineering Manager to champion a digital transformation in healthcare. You will lead from the front, shaping technical roadmaps, mentoring engineers, and partnering with product and design to deliver scalable, patient-centered software across the UK.

In this role you’ll nurture high-performing teams, foster agile practices, and set the standard for engineering excellence while aligning technical work with the business strategy and patient outcomes.
