Maxwell Bond in Liverpool partners with a SaaS business seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a growing team delivering modern web apps and APIs. You’ll mentor engineers, shape architecture, and drive delivery with Product and Tech Leads in a hybrid setup.

The role offers up to £95,000 with annual bonus, 25 days leave, life assurance, pension, a home office budget and a learning budget to certify your team and yourself.

We have partnered with a Liverpool-based SaaS business looking for an Engineering Manager to join its growing engineering team.

Over the past decade, the business has supported some of the world's leading brands with data-driven intelligence that supports growth and decision-making. Following a period of strong expansion, they continue to invest in their engineering and data capabilities as they scale through 2026.

You’ll lead a small, high-performing engineering team of 6, supporting technical delivery, mentoring engineers and working closely with Product and Tech Leads to develop modern web applications and APIs.

What you'll do
