Job summary

Berwick Partners is partnering with a highly complex asset-intensive industrial organisation to appoint a Head of Engineering and Infrastructure in Cornwall. The role leads engineering strategy, infrastructure, reliability, asset performance and capital investment across multi-site operations.

As a member of the senior leadership team, you will build a credible, collaborative engineering function, engage diverse stakeholders and drive continuous improvement in safety, standards and performance.

Qualifications

• Proven engineering leadership in asset-intensive environments.
• Chartered or professionally qualified engineer.
• Experience delivering reliability and asset performance improvements.
• Experience across matrix organisations with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the engineering model for the organisation across multiple sites.
• Oversee central engineering and continuous improvement activities.
• Balance long-term strategic priorities with immediate operational needs.
