• Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Proven leadership experience in large-scale engineering programs.
• Experience with highways/transport technology environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to drive technical strategy and governance across programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing engineering organisation for highways programmes.
• Provide technical leadership across the full lifecycle: design, development, integration, testing and deployment.
• Direct engineering delivery of major programmes with internal teams and external partners.
• Build relationships with senior customer stakeholders for delivery and partnerships.
• Drive innovative engineering solutions and architectures to meet requirements.
• Establish governance, assurance, reporting and risk management processes.
