About the Role:
We are seeking a visionary Head of Engineering to lead the development of our enterprise-grade AI solutions. This individual will serve as the product leader, driving the technical strategy, architecture, and execution of our AI solutions, which integrate agentic workflows to dynamically populate and manage the proprietary content accessed by these systems. The ideal candidate will also have a passion for utilizing AI to enhance engineering processes, enabling our team to perform at scale and deliver impactful solutions efficiently.
This role partners deeply with our AI Innovation & Enablement Lead to design solutions that transform both our clients' operations and Elixirr's own ways of working. You’ll lead the charge in building not just enterprise-grade AI products, but also internal tools that redefine productivity and unlock the full potential of agentic AI across our firm. From solution ideation to rapid prototyping, you will be empowered to pursue high-impact ideas with startup-level agility inside a global consultancy.
