Qualifications

• Degree in an engineering discipline.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Willingness to travel, relocate and work across different UK locations.
• Passion for engineering, innovation and continuous improvement.

Responsabilités

• Complete three structured rotations over 24 months across Operations, Technical Engineering and Specialist Placement.
• Gain hands-on experience at operational sites and learn how engineering supports manufacturing performance.
• Develop skills in project delivery, maintenance, process optimisation and asset management.
• Tailor development through specialist pathways in Commercial, Logistics & Supply Chain, Digital Innovation or Advanced Operations.
