Rolls-Royce is offering a two‑year Engineering and Technology Graduate programme designed to develop you from day one. You will rotate through gigs across central Engineering, Technology and Safety and possibly Civil Aerospace, Defence, Defence Nuclear Submarines or Power Systems divisions.

Qualifications

• A degree in a STEM subject or joint honours combining STEM with business or economics.
• Willingness to travel between locations as required for rotational gigs.
• Interest in technology and its future applications across engineering domains.

Responsibilities

• Participate in rotational gigs across the engineering lifecycle within Rolls‑Royce Engineering, Technology and Safety.
• Contribute to projects spanning mechanical systems, manufacturing, software and digital, electrical and materials.
• Engage in hands‑on work in workshops and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
