The role focuses on identifying recurring issues, implementing long-term solutions, and working with advanced robotics and automation in a clean, modern environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as Reliability Engineer or Senior Maintenance/Process Engineer.
• Strong data analysis to drive reliability improvements.
• Knowledge of RCA, Kaizen, Six Sigma or similar methodologies.
• Ability to present KPI data and lead improvements.

Aufgaben

• Analyse equipment performance data to identify trends.
• Lead RCA investigations to eliminate repeat failures.
• Present daily and weekly KPI reports with action plans.
• Lead major breakdown investigations and implement corrective actions.
