Were a specialist recruitment firm operating across Renewables, Clean Energy, and Infrastructure, with established offices in London, Bristol, and Amsterdam. As part of our continued growth, were looking for Senior to Principal-level recruiters who can bring experience, energy, and ambition to our high-performing team.

What youll be doing:

Running a full 360 desk: client development, candidate generation, and end-to-end delivery

Building long-term partnerships with pioneering clean energy companies across Europe

Leveraging a warm network while driving new business in high-growth markets

What were looking for:

Proven 360 recruitment experience (agency side), ideally in renewables, engineering, infrastructure, or a related technical sector

Commercially minded, with strong client-facing skills

Ambitious recruiters motivated by performance and progression

German or French language skills highly desirable (to support our European expansion)
