Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking a Programme Manager in Engineering and Electrical to join our Slough and Langley College team on a permanent, full-time basis. The role blends teaching with curriculum management across engineering disciplines.

The post requires hands‑on workshop experience, SolidWorks/CAD tooling proficiency, and a Level 4 teaching qualification alongside English and maths at Level 2. Salary scales from £41,256 to £49,315 per year, with outstanding staff benefits.

Qualificações

• Minimum Level 4 teaching qualification.
• Level 2 qualifications in English and mathematics.
• Relevant industrial FE curriculum planning experience is essential.
• Hands‑on workshop competency with drills, lathes, milling machines and laser cutters.
• Experience with additive manufacturing and CAD/CAM software.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver teaching on Engineering courses and manage curriculum.
• Drive staff performance through reviews and KPIs.
• Develop curriculum aligned with local industry needs.
• Maintain high standards of teaching, learning and assessment.
• Oversee use of engineering workshops and equipment.
