Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking a Programme Manager in Construction to join the Slough/Langley College team on a permanent, full-time basis. The role combines classroom teaching (18 contact hours) and management duties, reporting to Curriculum Director, with a salary on the PM scale from £41,256 to £49,315.

Applicants must hold a Level 3 Plumbing qualification, a Level 4 teaching qualification, and Level 2 English and Mathematics.

Qualifications

• Experience combining classroom teaching with management responsibilities.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and conduct staff reviews.
• Strong background in Further Education curriculum planning and development.

Responsibilities

• Teach 18 contact hours per week (Plumbing and Carpentry) with equal split.
• Manage team performance through staff reviews and KPI delivery.
• Develop and align the curriculum with local building sector needs and use trade workshops.
