Job summary
Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking a Programme Manager in Construction to join the Slough and Langley College team. The role combines classroom teaching with management duties, totalling 37 hours per week, on a PM pay scale from £41,256 to £49,315 depending on qualifications and experience.
The post requires teaching Plumbing and Carpentry with a Level 3 Plumbing qualification. A Level 4 teaching qualification and Level 2 English/Maths are also expected, with assessor/verifier awards
Qualifications
- Minimum Level 3 Plumbing qualification.
- Level 4 teaching qualification.
- Level 2 qualifications in English and Mathematics.
- Strong background in Further Education curriculum planning.
- Proficient digital and administrative skills.
- Assessor or verifier awards advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Maintain high standards of teaching, learning and assessment.
- Manage team performance through staff reviews.
- Deliver key performance indicators and drive student retention and achievement.
- Develop the curriculum to align with local building sector needs and utilise trade workshops.
