You’ll have 3–5 years’ experience producing operations manuals or technical handover documents within manufacturing, engineering or construction, and a keen eye for missing information and compliant workflows across design, site and supply chains.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years producing operations manuals or technical handover documentation.
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering or construction environments.
• Strong understanding of technical systems and digital documentation workflows.
• Familiarity with building codes and health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of operations manual production across multiple live projects.
• Coordinate as-built drawings, commissioning records and compliance documentation with design, site and subcontractors.
• Review submissions for completeness and accuracy before client delivery.
• Maintain live handover trackers and produce weekly status reports.
• Chase overdue information and hold internal teams to deadlines.
• Help improve the overall document control process, not just follow it.
