Eucalyptus is seeking a senior engineering leader to unify two orgs into a single high-performing hub in London. You will own the London site, partner with UK leadership, and translate commercial goals into engineering priorities while maintaining strong technical standards.

Reporting to the CTO in Sydney, you will drive hiring for London, mentor managers, and raise delivery reliability across Sydney, London, and the US in a hybrid, globally distributed environment.

Qualifications

• Led an engineering org with 30+ people through managers for 5+ years.

Responsibilities

• Unify two orgs into one engineering hub with 35+ engineers.
• Run the London site and partner with UK leaders.
• Translate commercial outcomes into technical roadmaps.
• Shape product strategy and set quality standards.
• Build and mentor senior engineering managers and hiring partners.
• Raise delivery quality and reliability across distributed teams.
