Job summary

Eucalyptus, part of Hims & Hers, is scaling its UK tech hiring and seeks a Senior Talent Partner, Tech (12-month Fixed-Term Contract) to own end-to-end technical recruiting across engineering, product, and data. You will build pipelines from scratch, partner with senior leaders, and drive hiring velocity in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in-house technical recruiting; agency experience preferred.
• Experience scaling engineering or product teams in fast-paced tech.
• Strong outbound sourcing across GitHub, Stack Overflow, and communities.
• Ability to partner with Engineering Managers and Product leaders.
• Proficiency with AI tools in recruitment and metric-driven hiring.

Responsibilities

• Full‑lifecycle hiring for UK technical roles from kick-off to offer.
• Proactive sourcing via technical communities and referrals.
• Partner with Engineering Leaders to calibrate candidate quality.
• Review funnel performance and resolve bottlenecks.
• Build hiring reports tracking pipeline health and time-to-hire.
• Test sourcing channels to improve response and conversion.
• Streamline interview workflows and coding assessments.
• Translate technical architecture into candidate messaging.
• Apply AI tools to sourcing, profiling, and scheduling.
• Monitor UK tech market trends and compensation benchmarks.
