Eucalyptus is seeking an Engineering Manager in the UK to lead an engineering team, delivering fast, high-quality software across the patient journey. You will partner with product, growth marketing, and data to translate strategic visions into scalable solutions.

In this hybrid role, you’ll empower engineers, optimise execution velocity, and maintain high standards as we scale globally. Expect hands-on leadership, people-first culture, and close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders

Qualifications

• Technical leadership of an engineering team to ensure fast, high-quality execution.
• Experience solving escalated issues, optimizing workloads, and driving improvements across workflows.
• Hands-on or strong familiarity with rapid experimentation and A/B testing.
• People-first leadership, fostering an inclusive, highly motivated team culture.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration with Product, Marketing, and Data teams to align delivery with business goals.
• Experience in regulated sectors is a plus within healthtech contexts.

• Recruit, onboard and mentor engineers while maintaining psychological safety.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing and Data to align technical solutions with commercial goals.
