Job summary

Eucalyptus is expanding its UK tech teams and seeks a Senior Talent Partner, Tech to lead end-to-end engineering hiring across the UK. The role focuses on building high-quality pipelines for Software Engineers, Tech Leads, Product Managers, and Data Scientists, partnering with senior engineers and leaders to move fast.

As part of a 12-month Fixed-Term Contract, you will own sourcing, screening, and selection, optimise the interview process, and develop hiring metrics to improve funnel

Qualifications

• 5+ years of in-house technical recruitment experience, ideally with scaling engineering or product teams.
• Proven ability to source passive technical talent beyond LinkedIn (GitHub, Stack Overflow, open-source communities).
• Strong collaboration with engineering leaders to align on specs and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end technical hiring for UK roles (Software Engineers, Tech Leads, PMs, Data Scientists).
• Proactively source candidates via technical communities and targeted outreach.
• Partner with Engineering Managers to calibrate candidate quality and streamline assessments.
