Job summary

MBDA is seeking a Portfolio Systems lead in the UK to drive the Engineering Design Record (EDR) and related activities within the Portfolio Systems team. You will influence key engineering outputs across MBDA and MOD, manage senior stakeholder relationships, and guide a small team on work packages.

You will work in a dynamic, hybrid environment with opportunities to travel the UK, contribute to strategic initiatives, and shape how MBDA delivers complex weapon system programs while developing

Qualifications

Understanding of weapon systems and design processes throughout a product life cycle.
Comfort engaging with multiple stakeholders across the Portfolio enterprise.

Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of the Engineering Design Record (EDR) and related activities.
Collaborate with senior MOD and MBDA stakeholders to define and verify portfolio requirements.
Coach and develop junior team members and manage work packages.
Occasionally travel within the UK to MBDA sites and participate in Portfolio activities.
