Job summary

MBDA is seeking a Delivery Lead within the Portfolio Delivery Team to oversee portfolio engineering activities from concept to production and in-service support.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in an engineering discipline with understanding of the product lifecycle for electro-mechanical equipment.
• Ability to influence and challenge at senior MOD/MBDA levels as required.
• Flexible mindset able to develop innovative solutions for design challenges.
• Ability to understand complex technical problems with uncertainty and ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio engineering activities for MBDA Complex Weapons Portfolio delivery.
• Manage technical risks, obsolescence and engineering commonality.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project plans and dependencies exist.
• Act as the primary contact between Functions, Equipment Teams, Centers of Excellence and Portfolio to resolve risks or issues.
