Job summary

South East Water UK is seeking a Delivery Manager to join the Engineering leadership team. You will own a portfolio valued between £20-40 million annually and ensure the safe design and delivery of asset engineering programmes, coordinating multiple workstreams and third-party suppliers.

You will lead project managers and teams, use evidential data to make objective decisions with stakeholders including the end customer, and ensure delivery within time and budget while complying with health and

Qualifications

• A degree qualification in Engineering, Project Management, or a similar relevant subject.
• NEC3/4 accreditation is preferred.
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and programmes from concept to delivery.
• Senior management experience within client, consultancy, or contractor organisations.
• Water industry or utilities experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead the safe design and delivery of a programme of works to time and budget while complying with H&S, Environmental and company policies.
• Accountable for performance of third party suppliers and stakeholders.
• Manage Project Managers and teams supporting the delivery.
• Use evidential data to make objective decisions with stakeholders including the end customer.
