Job summary

Blackpool and The Fylde College is seeking an experienced Curriculum Manager in Engineering (FE) to lead the delivery of high-quality education across our engineering provision. You will own the full student journey, from curriculum design through to outcomes, ensuring an outstanding learning experience that meets industry standards and supports student success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading curriculum design and delivery across engineering provision.
• Proven ability to develop teaching and support staff through coaching and mentoring.
• Strong commitment to quality systems, performance data and teaching and learning strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full student and apprentice experience from curriculum design to outcomes.
• Develop and performance-manage teaching and support staff.
• Drive curriculum innovation and quality improvement with data-driven approaches.
• Build partnerships with employers to inform curriculum development and support recruitment.
• Manage resources including budgets, staffing and digital learning development.
