Job summary

Coventry College in Coventry is seeking a Curriculum Manager for Engineering and Motor Vehicle to lead high-quality teaching, learning and assessment across the faculty. You will design and deliver engaging, inclusive lessons that meet curriculum standards and reflect industry needs, supporting learners to achieve their full potential.

You will also contribute to curriculum development, monitor learner progress, and collaborate with colleagues and external partners to ensure an outstanding

Qualifications

• Must-Have: Relevant teaching qualification.
• Minimum of a Level 3 qualification in relevant subject area.
• A degree or equivalent qualification in relevant subject area.
• A units or equivalent and V unit or equivalent.
• Experience of teaching functional skills and GCSE English and Maths.
• Experience of tracking and monitoring learner progress and implementing timely improvement strategies.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging, inclusive lessons that meet curriculum standards and reflect industry needs.
• Contribute to curriculum development and ensure high-quality teaching, learning and assessment.
• Provide academic and pastoral support to learners and work with external partners to ensure outstanding learning experiences.
