You will shape engineering processes, drive digital tooling, and establish a data-driven governance framework to raise performance and consistency.

Qualifications

• Degree level education or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Chair the Engineering Process Council and develop processes and standards.
• Simplify and modernise ways of working to improve efficiency and delivery.
• Embed systems engineering and lifecycle management across the framework.
• Support audits and ensure regulatory and customer compliance.
• Monitor KPI performance and report insights to leadership.
