Job summary

Leonardo UK seeks a Head of Engineering Capability (Process, Tools & Governance) to lead transformation of engineering processes, tools and governance across the organisation. You will drive data-driven improvements, KPI reporting and cross-functional collaboration to raise engineering performance.

Hybrid work model in UK sites is available. You will partner with Design Integrity, Quality, Digital Engineering and Programme teams to ensure standardisation, traceability and continuous improvement

Qualifications

Degree level education or equivalent experience.
Experience in engineering transformation and governance.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive standardisation.

Responsibilities

Chair the Engineering Process Council and lead on the development of engineering processes and standards.
Develop a data-driven governance framework and dashboards to support decision-making.
Drive the integration of processes, tools and data across engineering; enable continuous improvement.
