Visum Recruitment Ltd is assisting a Cheddar-based engineering client to appoint a Business Development Lead. The role focuses on handling incoming enquiries, nurturing opportunities and converting them into orders while delivering a high standard of service.

You will identify new business and maintain strong customer relationships, using a proactive approach to quotations and CRM management to support growth in rotating equipment markets.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming enquiries by telephone and email.

• Manage leads from business development and marketing activities.
• Maintain accurate CRM, quotation and customer records.
