Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is seeking a Business Development Manager (Engineering) in Aylesbury to drive new business and manage client relationships within the wastewater sector.

You will sell services, generate leads, prepare quotes, and travel up to three days a week. The role offers a base salary of 45,000–50,000 with 55,000 OTE in year one, uncapped commission, a company car, 33 days holiday and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience selling services to clients in an engineering environment.
• Proven ability to develop and close new business opportunities.
• Comfort with generating quotes and managing relationships.

Responsibilities

• Chase prospective clients and maintain existing relationships.
• Generate leads, meet customers and prepare quotes.
• Travel up to three days per week and work Monday to Friday.
