Job summary

Train'd Up is seeking an Engineering Assessor based at Heathrow to deliver Mechanical Fitter & Assembly Level 3 apprenticeships. You will assess and support learners through induction to end-point assessment, working with employers and apprentices to ensure outcomes meet standards.

Experience in engineering education or industry is welcomed; travel to employer sites is required, and the role supports learners across multiple levels with a focus on quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and assess apprentices using blended learning to cover KSBs.
• Prepare learners for end-point assessments, mock assessments and final qualification assessments.
• Provide ongoing guidance, coaching and pastoral support to learners.
• Carry out workplace visits, reviews and progress meetings with learners and employers.
• Assess, monitor and document progress against training plans and standards.
