Oakmoor Recruitment is seeking an experienced Training Centre Manager to lead a brand-new apprenticeship and technical training centre in Ellesmere Port. You will oversee delivery, curriculum planning, employer engagement and quality assurance, while directing a team of trainers to deliver high-quality engineering and process industry apprenticeships.

• Engineering or technical background required.
• Teaching/Assessor/IQA qualifications with apprenticeship delivery experience.
• Experience leading teams and engaging employers.

• Manage day-to-day operations of the training centre.
• Oversee apprenticeship delivery and curriculum planning.
• Lead and develop the training team and ensure learner experience.
• Drive continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with apprenticeship standards.
