Job summary

pladis is seeking an Engineering Trainer to deliver high-quality engineering training, support the recruitment and onboarding of site Engineering Apprentices, and guide their development throughout the programme.

The role involves maintaining the training matrix, designing trainer programmes, and creating DSOPs to ensure compliance with site standards. A background in engineering training and experience in training needs facilitation are essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality Engineering Training on-site.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of Engineering Apprentices.
• Guide apprentices through their learning journey within the apprenticeship framework.
• Design and maintain DSOPs for training areas to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Create KPI dashboards to measure training effectiveness and completion rates.
• Provide regular reporting on training progress and compliance levels.
