Amazon UK Services Ltd. is looking for a Centre Manager to lead the Engineering Apprenticeship Training Academy at LCY2, reporting to the Senior Apprenticeship Program Manager. You will drive high-quality engineering apprenticeship training and ensure compliance with regulatory and awarding body standards.

The role suits a curriculum manager from FE or apprenticeship provider with IQA/IV qualification, overseeing safeguarding, quality, and stakeholder relationships across the UK.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLookups.
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• Experience defining program requirements and using data to drive improvements.
• Experience in program or project management.
• Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization.
• Experience defining and executing program requirements.

Responsabilités

• Strategic leadership of the Amazon Apprentice Academy at LCY2 and centre strategy.
• Oversee training centre operations, facilities, and health and safety compliance.
• Lead the centre delivery team and coordinate with apprentice managers and external providers.
• Maintain training standards, conduct quality assessments, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Act as trained Safeguarding Officer and manage safeguarding concerns.
