Qualifications

• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) and SQL experience.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with tech and non-tech teams.
• Experience defining program requirements and using data/metrics to improve.
• Experience in program or project management; delivering end-to-end.
• Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: lead the Amazon Apprentice Academy at LCY2 with a centre strategy and budget.
• Operational Management: oversee training centre operations, facilities, and compliance with safety/awards.
• People Management: lead the delivery team and coordinate with apprentice managers and providers.
• Quality Assurance and Compliance: ensure Ofsted and awarding body standards, quality observations, and progress reviews.
• Safeguarding: act as Safeguarding Officer and maintain confidential records.
