Job summary

The Supply Register Ltd. is recruiting a Training and Development Coach - Engineering to support engineering apprentices across workplace and college settings. You will coach, assess and guide learners toward achieving apprenticeship standards and EPA readiness.

You will monitor progress, provide feedback to learners and employers, and maintain thorough records while collaborating with employers and college staff to secure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths at grade C/4 or above.
• Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject.
• Recognised Assessor qualification (A1/CAVA or equivalent).
• Internal Quality Assurance qualification (V1 or equivalent).
• Teaching qualification (PTLLS/CertEd/PGCE or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Support and guide engineering apprentices across workplace and college environments.
• Deliver high-quality training, coaching and assessment to engineering apprentices.
• Monitor apprentice progress against apprenticeship standards and EPA readiness.
• Maintain accurate records of learner progress, reviews and assessment evidence.
• Collaborate with employers and college staff to ensure successful learner outcomes.

Education

GCSEs (English & Maths) - C/4 or above

Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject

Recognised Assessor qualification (A1/CAVA)

Internal Quality Assurance qualification (V1)

Teaching qualification (PTLLS/CertEd/PGCE)
