Job summary

Finsbury Food in Cardiff is seeking an Engineering Apprentice to join their team in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This role offers hands-on experience maintaining and improving production equipment while working towards recognized engineering qualifications.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about engineering, keen to learn, and possess a good understanding of Maths and Science. You'll receive ongoing coaching from experienced engineers and develop a lifelong career within a growing business.

Qualifications

• Passionate about engineering and willing to learn.
• Strong interest in mechanical, electrical, automation, or manufacturing technology.
• Able to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Support maintenance and repair of production equipment.
• Learn to maintain and improve automation systems.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects.
